Poetto beach overlooks the Golfo degli Angeli, in the central-southern coast of Sardinia and extends from Marina Piccola to Margine Rosso. It stretches for about seven and a half kilometres between the territories of Cagliari and Quartu Sant’Elena.
The sandy shore preserves a remarkable charm, enhanced by the presence of the Promontory of the Sella del Diavolo (Devil’s Saddle) which dominates the port of Marina Piccola
These elements, in addition to its proximity to the city and the entertainment offered by the many on site beach facilities, including cafes and restaurants, make Poetto the favourite destination for the inhabitants of Cagliari during the summer as well as in any other sunny day of the year.
